get the <ul></ul> from the database

post image

An example of this function is:

<?php get_ul_database(); ?>

This basically means (get the HTML ul tag from the database).

This function is used to create all the links to your pages

An example of this would be

<ul>

      <li><a href="http://www.yourdomain.com/home">home</a></li>

      <li><a href="http://www.yourdomain.com/second page">second page</a></li>

      <li><a href="http://www.yourdomain.com/thirt-page">thirt page</a></li>

      <li><a href="http://www.yourdomain.com/contect">contect</a></li>

</ul>

changes to 4.0.0 beta 3:

What is changed?

There is a new function that will take over the work of the old function called get_real_ul_database().

the old function (get_ul_database()) is still working like it always did for backwards compatibility.

How to use the new function?

it is exactly the same as the old function except for a few differences.

<?php get_real_ul_database("The-menu-name", "The <ul> class", "the <li> class", "the <a> class"); ?>

The output of this would be the following HTML code:

<ul class="The <ul> class">

      <li class="The <li> class"><a class="The <a> class" href="http://www.yourdomain.com/home">home</a></li>

      <li class="The <li> class"><a class="The <a> class" href="http://www.yourdomain.com/second page">second page</a></li>

      <li class="The <li> class">

            <a class="The <a> class" href="http://www.yourdomain.com/thirt-page">thirt page</a>

            <ul class="The <ul> class">

                  <li class="The <li> class"><a class="The <a> class" href="http://www.yourdomain.com/thirt-page">sub menu of (thirt page)</a></li>

            </ul>

      </li>

      <li class="The <li> class"><a class="The <a> class" href="http://www.yourdomain.com/contect">contect</a></li>

</ul>
